This book was PERFECT!!!!! It was so cute. It had me giggling and kicking my feet 🥰🥰🥰  I adore Amy! She's the perfect mix of innocent, sassy, and sweet! She is exactly what Lucas needed. He annoyed me throughout the book, not because of his wealth or the way he grew up, but the way he treated Amy. He treated her, even after the pregnancy, and even after the other incident, like she was a gold digger. It was annoying. But his dad, Joseph, knew exactly what he was doing! I love Joseph and Katherine! They are the family Amy so desperately needed! I can't wait to see the other shenanigans Joseph pulls on Alex!

Adding a review for this as I've rated it without a review.

A lot of things have happened since. 2014 Was a very hard year for myself so all the reviews are showing up on the same date. I can't explain why they are, if the ratings are justice or accurate I can also not say when I truly read these. I'm just going to say 2014 on the same day added just to keep the year right if not the month...

Great storyline!

The story was great, although moved slowly in some places! Lucas and Amy had a journey to get to their HEA but it was a good read to get there.

Loved it

Absolutely loved this book and the characters. The romance was sweet and a little rear jerking. Have to admit one of my favourite characters was Tom as he is a total sweety.

It's an alright book with a just ok premise. Father sets up son who is a player with a woman who runs from attachment. I like romance but I don't like feeling like I've read the same book a hundred times. This definitely fell flat.

I'm not really sure where to start... The concept is cute and I must admit I rather liked Joseph, so the intro through his eyes held promise.

But everything else? There was so little thought put into the actions and words of each character - motivations were non-existent and tropes that I normally love were so badly done here. What was intended as charming naivety in this book was willful stupidity, alpha intensity was replaced by psychotic cruelty and I don't think a wedding has ever annoyed me quite so much.

This was a freebie - my dad always says that if you get something for nothing it's not worth having... and this kind of book proves his point.
