I'm very torn because I LOVE the Try Guys but I really don't like self help books. I appreciated the insight on their own lives (especially the family chapter - I liked Eugene's "Try") - but it read kind of superficially, and I didn't learn much that I didn't already know from watching their videos or being a patron. That being said, always happy to support these guys in their endeavours!

I read the physical copy of the book. You should read the audiobook. While the book itself is phenomenal, inspiring, and heartwarming, you need the full personalities of the guys to really send this book home. They also opted for small caricatures of their heads to stand in as the guide to who was narrating at any one time, and it was hard to tell the difference between them lots of times. Each of the guys has a different tone and context they bring to their sections, so not knowing truly who was narrating set the scene awkwardly sometimes. It does get a bit dry in the middle, but hang on for the last chapter which will hit you to your core. Overall, an excellent book in a very overdone gene, but definitely do the audiobook instead.

I love the Try Guys, and this audiobook was just as delightful to listen to as watching one of their videos. I found the stories and advice given within the book to be very relatable and encouraging - some bits lined up eerily well with what's been going on in my life.
If you like their videos, definitely pick this book up - my only complaint is that it ended too soon!

I think they were able to accomplish exactly what they set out to do, and I thoroughly enjoyed it. That’ll always get a 5 star review out of me. Each individual section was interesting and I was able to read it in each of their voices.

This book was both ironic and exactly what I needed right now. If you are a fan of The Try Guys and want genuine insight on their lives I would recommend it. For context, it was ironic because I attempted to read the whole thing in one sitting (completed with a short ten minute break). However, the book brings good insights on how to start improvements in big areas of our life. I think I needed that right now since I'm planning to make a lot of changes. I think the book put a little more emphasis on fashion than I would have but even then that is an important facet to some and if I chose to change up my wardrobe I have some good tips.
