I'm not sure what about these books makes them so binge-able. I'm probably going to keep saying this as I read through them, but Eloise and Phillip are my new favorite of the Bridgeton couples.

This was my least favorite Bridgerton so far. I had really high expectations of Eloise’s character that didn’t really come true; I felt Phillip’s arc turned around too quickly and without much work; I didn’t like the treatment of the character with depression as just the source of all of Phillip’s problems and nothing more. I wanted more spunk from Eloise and more depth to the development of their relationship. It was full of the usual entertaining banter, but had a few holes for me in terms of plot and character development.
