This was so raw and beautiful, but also so full of pain, and healing. Their chemistry was off the charts and so hot! It was such a wonderful romance story, and it will be living rent free in my head.ย

A second chance teacher student MM Romance with just the right amount of angst and a story that pulls you apart then puts you back together again . The narration was perfect and itโs a book I will listen to again .

Stone and Cash have a great connection that can be felt right from the beginning and their banter had me giggling. The chemistry between them is off the charts and had me fanning myself. They have a rough and hard-fought battle to reach their happily ever after.
I enjoyed this story as a whole but would have probably enjoyed it more if it was broken into a duet or condensed a little as I found there were a few spots where the book dragged a little.
Audio โ Silas Hart and Oliver Highpoint did an amazing job bringing Stone, Cash and their story to life and made it hard to pause the book.

i really tried to finish this, i was so close. but every time i opened the book i just couldnโt. i started reading this thinking it would be the filthiest slow burn but alas. this was underwhelming in my opinion. it started great, and when i got over the fact that there wouldnโt be the kind of slow burn i hoped, the romance was not horribly written. their feelings for each other evolved alarmingly fast for me but that is just how a lot of books like this are written, unfortunately. maybe i will actually finish this one day but right now i cannot stand the thought of reading another word. :D
