This is my second time reading this, as the first time was when I was high school. Still was enjoyable and a lot of scene can still fell related to this day political atmosphere of the symmetry that it shares. Have to say if I ever wants something to give quick witty/ tense feeling then this is book to read.

I had to read for class and while it isn’t the best, i appreciated the pace and which it went and the hidden meanings.

Read this for school as I’m doing a scene from it in drama. Really enjoyed it actually- easy to follow and it’s very engaging- always leaving you wondering what will happen next. Would love to see it onstage

The trial scenes were good, but the main character, John Proctor, was such an asshole.  If he didn't have an affair with a girl halve his age, none of the witch trials in the book would have happened.  Even worse, the play demonizes Abigail, the sixteen year old girl who he had sex with.  Disgusting.
