When I read the back cover, I thought this would be an outline on how to start a cult... following ;) It does outline what you'd need to know and focus on to make people follow you...r product and services.

listened to this on a whim. there's a ton of little to medium-sized takeaways. almost overwhelmingly so, they come at you so fast and and so often. and without an overarching theme, it's hard to summarize what the book is about. i know it didn't turn out to be what i expected.
i might've given it four stars cause there is value in it. except it's clearly trying to sell you on their SaaS product which feels a bit icky.
