Ugh. Coralie stop making such gorgeous books. I kid, never stop. I love them all and I would still have these illustrations all over my body

This was cute but I like her other book with the fox the most. The art style and writing style are both very nice. This is such a art piece. Would recommend to read them all

Another poetic masterpiece from Coralie Bickford-Smith. I still preferred ‘The Fox and the Star’ (but that’s literally due to the fact I have an affinity with foxes and I will always pick them over anything else!) but this was beautiful, poetic and aesthetically pleasing.

This is the first of many many times I shall read this book! I loved the illustration style as with all of Coralie’s books. Reading through it’s as if each page is more beautiful than the last! (I even missed an iguana drawn into the pattern so well!!)

It’s an incredibly heartfelt story of love and the changing of seasons in life.

While I feel I may be personally biased towards the author (she’s amazing author and designer), it doesn’t take away from the creativity and artistry of these illustrations and story.

I look forward to reading this book for many years to come!
