Aw, this series is so pink and fun and sweet! Lara Jean is bright and optimistic but also practical. She feels real to me, and I feel like there aren't too many characters like her. I would've loved her story when I was younger; it would've meant a lot.

I am nothing if not sentimental so I definitely cried. Things happen, but it still feels gentle and lovely. Another reviewer said it feels warm and nostalgic, and that's completely right. It's just wonderful.

Out of the trilogy, this was the best book, there is a lot of improvement since books 1 and 2. Always and Forever, Lara Jean is a sweet, heart felt finale to a lovely story, it can make you laugh and it can bring tears to your eyes, it is nostalgic and warm and feels homey. Peter and Lara Jean will be missed dearly.

This probably wasn't my actual favorite of the 3 books, but I loved the series as a whole so it's getting 5 stars. Very satisfying ending--I know Lara Jean and Peter and everyone else are going to have wonderful, life changing experiences in college, and I've come to trust them to make decisions that will bring them success and happiness. They felt like real, special, deserving humans, and they'll stick with me.

This last book did absolutely nothing to add to the story. I found myself very bored with all the characters

"one day all of this will be proof, proof that we were here, proof that we loved each other. it's the guarantee that no matter what happens to us in the future, this time was us".

What a nice way to end this adorable series that I love. The Peter and Lara Jean ship is one of my favorites and their level of cuteness is off the charts in this one. The characters are truly the stars and I found them more charming and interesting. Han does a marvelous job conveying the characters ever changing relationships among one another. I kept waiting for something horrible to happen, but it never really came to fruition (which did not bother me one bit). This book was written purely for the fans of this series as explained in the acknowledgments by Jenny Han. I can see how much love and care went into writing this book. I am sad to say goodbye to these characters and this series.

This book really is more of a treat for fans than an actual book. Lara Jean realises a few important things about life (never say no when you want to say yes) and there's development and understanding between her and Peter, but really this book is more about food and baking and Hogwarts houses. I read this book between exams and it was such a light and fun read! Loved Kitty most of all! Lara Jean's trying to perfect a cookie recipee and Peter's learning how to braid and there's Night-Night tea and just a lot of fun. Perfect for a light read.

" all you can really do is be glad for it, glad for each other, for as long as you have each other "

always and forever, lara jean is arguably the best book of the tatbilb and my favorite of the trilogy. lara jean goes through so much character development in this novel, going from a high school senior terrified of change to an almost college student who decides to change which university she's going to in the fall on a complete whim. she learns a lot about herself and what it means to sacrifice so that she can live the life that works for her and gives her room to grow.

there's a disgusting little part of me that wishes that peter and lara jean didn't end up staying together at the end so that they can grow as their own separate people, but not end their relationship in a way that meant that they couldn't come back together when they're older. the soft, romantic part of me, though, is really glad that they did stay together despite everything; between going to two different universities far away from each other and peter's mom being kind of a bitch, they decide that they will put in the work to be together.

all in all, always and forever, lara jean brought me back to the way i felt as a high school senior -- and i only graduated a year ago! it really encompassed the way i felt and still feel about college, being away from family, the anxiety of learning how to be on your own for the first time. i really, really loved this book and i know i'm going to miss lara jean and peter.
