three of these stars are literally just for the affirmation and INFORMATION Maisie Hill has here. 

I definitely think it’s the sort of book in which you get to pick what works for you. For example, there’s a small section on the book on BPA & endocrine blockers. While I understand this might be a huge no-no for some folks, I just don’t think it’s in my best interest to be worried about things like that. 

The most impactful piece of this for me was just learning what the hell is actually happening in my body during my cycle & the practical, simple ways I can support those processes. 

You gotta read this whether you’re menstruating or trying to get your cycle back or trying to conceive or literally just if you’re curious about the science behind your hormones.
