This book is heartwarming in so many senses of the word!

-Noelle's relationships with her entire family, but especially her late grandmother, really shine through in this story. It's rare for a MC to have a loving supportive family that are all rooting for her.
-Her viral tiktok search for her late grandmother's long lost love from her college days was relevant with the current times as well as precious!! I always love seeing videos of people looking for people from their past.
-Her teenage rivalry turned to present day enemies to lovers arc with the one....the only....THEO SPENCER.*swoooooooooooooooooon* He's successful, dimpled, and comes along with one very endearing grandfather to add to the mix.
-THE ROADTRIP. (no notes)

Noelle's character arc of being completely lost in her late 20's, learning more about herself, her skills, her passion and her family history....and not knowing what to do next...is beyond relatable. Add in some quippy humor, a charming grandfather and a roadtrip with her old nemesis and you've got yourself one near perfect romance, in my book!
BRAVO. Cannot wait to read more from Jessica Joyce in the future!

i enjoyed this book so much. navigating through loss and grief is never an easy thing. however, noelle heals at her own pace. she takes matters into her own hands to learn about her grandmother and in return, she’s able to welcome love into her life. i love the way the book was formatted and the pacing. noelle and theo’s banter and tension manifested into unconditional love seamlessly. paul and noelle’s family were so loving and it was refreshing to get to know them throughout the book.
