✨ Review ✨ In the Weeds by B.K. Borison; Narrated by Pippa Jayne; Dane Anderson
This follow-up to B.K. Borison's adorable Lovelight Farms might somehow be even more adorable. Following tough but kitten-loving Christmas tree farmer Beckett and social media mogul Evie, this book is a delight. Still set on the Christmas tree farm, this book shows us fields of flowers, icy cold lakes, a stray baby duck, and a full range of emotions.
I loved how this built on the first book but still operated in its own sphere. I definitely think reading these in order helped me appreciate this book more because the first book filled in lots of subtle context (like the grumbly coffee shop owner who's up to even more of her hi-jinx here).
This book was utterly bingeable, and I loved the dual POV audio narration. If you loved Lovelight Farms, this should be a solid read again for you!

This book felt like a warm hug and sitting on the porch with your lover with one hand in theirs and the other on your cup of coffee.
