I adored this. I love Penelope, and Colin, and I loved the way the novel unveils the Lady Whistledown mystery - even though of course I've watched the series and knew who she was beforehand.

I think I actually prefer their relationship in the books. It did feel a little too fast paced for me though. I still love their relationship but it felt a little unbelievable at times.

Loved the characters but confused with the book vs film as seems quite different. Was really easy and fun to listen to the audiobook. Can’t wait to continue the series and programme.

This is my third Bridgerton book and I usually have a lot of complaints but with Penelope and Colin's story...I actually really enjoyed it. More than the netflix season.
