After reading Ecstasy (book 1 in the series) I just needed to know more about Eli and why he is the way he is. Ominous is based before Ecstasy and the title of the book describes this story so perfectly - it’s not a light romance that’s for sure, it’s as dark as the depths of the ocean. Eden and Eli… I’m obsessed 🥹

This is Eden and Eli find each other during a time of feeling lost. This a story of two teenagers trying to live out their darkest desires, which isn’t all that romantic. This is a story that has become a story that will rip you apart and put you back together slowly. Their is some much in this story that I soaked up this read and felt the emotions. I loved this story.

skim read 800 pages and I have no words... what even was this? I don't understand anything I read and Eli deserves a better book than this :/

I give up. I've been reading this book for FIVE months!! I throw in the towel at 500pgs with 300pgs still to go!!!

I really enjoyed the first book Ecstasy, but this book was so painfully slow and boring!
