It's a nice light read with a predictable ending, but quite an enjoyable read. I liked the development of Will's character and I kind of want to actually read The Moment now!

I love Little Bridge Island. This one didn’t turn out how I expected, but door’s open for more for the characters.

There are some books so bad you can't even finish it. This is one of them. I read 3/4 in it, maybe a bit more, and then after the anticlimactic non-explicit sex scene, I decided to stop.
I'm beginning to realise Meg has the mind of a twelve-year old girl. Her stuff works as YA, but as an adult, it's just cringey and preachy and self-righteous.
Characters are cartoonishly bad or good, like Garett, or whatever his name is, who is introduced as someone who rubbed the MC wrong way on the plane even though he didn't really do anything egregious? Later you realise he's meant to be "bad", and now you know why he's depicted that way... even though he's more cringe than bad, and uh, he's still not as cringey as the male lead?
Will Price is a hero who CANNOT write. I can't fathom why anyone would read his books. The excerpts of his writing are so horrendous my chin quadrupled from reading it. The romance in them is so embarrassing when you think about the fact that he's writing his own self-fulfillment fantasy? And his descriptions of the female lead in his book with her "fulll breasts" is so.....
