Really enjoyed this, I listened on spotify and it was read by the author which always helps. I cried multiple times and laughed a lot too.

3.5 stars really... Quite entertaining and good fun. I did a little bit like yes you've done a lot of cocaine and drunk a lot of alcohol, we get the point! At times...

I love Bryony's honesty and candid humour but I didn't enjoy this book as much as The Wrong Knickers or Mad Girl. It didn't delve in her journey to becoming a runner like I thought it would. However, Bryony is an inspiration and her battles with mental health inspire so many others to tackle theirs.

Loved this book. It inspired me to buy Mad Girl, Bryony's other book. I can identify with her OCD so much. Highly recommend.

Loved it. It shows the ugly but also the funny of mental illness and along the way inspires to help yourself.

I started off slow with this book but once I got past the first 50 pages it turned into a quicker read because I began to enjoy it more. I find Bryony’s achievements to be incredible. Looking forward to reading her next book.

A random library pick. About training for the London marathon. Almost made me want to do it, but then I thought naaaaah. I do wish I could run again though

I’d been waiting to read this book when I was in a better place with my own mental health. However, I’ve been waiting for a few years now so just decided to pick it up anyway. I’m SO glad I did. I sped through this read while crying, laughing, and mentally planning my own marathon challenge. From today, I know I must stop waiting for the change to happen and instead be the change that happens. This book was the friendly and supportive kick up the backside I’ve needed for a long time.

This was an interesting read that seems to reveal all that Bryony encountered. I would have liked more detailed running content such as the bits in between the momentous landmarks but everyone is different. This book gave me hope for London.
