Although it took me a while to finish this book I did really enjoy it.

I didn't know much about the book going into it but the premise intrigued me. This book covers loss, death, & enjoying the life and the time you are given on this earth. Clover is an interesting character who has lived an interesting life. I found her extremely lovable and enjoyed her blossoming relationship with Sylvie. Watching her navigate social situations was fun.

This book surprised me in a few ways too. The love interest was unexpected but I really enjoyed that storyline & the unexpected twists and turns. The ending surprised me but overall I enjoyed the message of this book. A good reminder when we are caught up in all the banalities of life.

I loved the concept of this book. The main character was very unique. Lots of great discussion topics. Very thought -provoking about death and a beautiful story. The only downside was I wasn't always super excited to pick it up and the ending was a little cliche.

A true gem.

I laughed, cried, felt uplifted and inspired - all in varying orders through Clover’s story.

It has shifted my perspective in a way that won’t fade away anytime soon and brought to light things i can categorize into the three categories of her notebooks. But it reminds me that i still have time for Adventures, and time to be “cautiously reckless” as i pursue them.
