This book is spectacular but intended for a mature audience as it contains domestic violence, and even for a mature audience, I would be mindful of the triggers that come with this book. 

Read with caution and happy reading. 


As for the characters, I was fascinated with Asa Jackson, who was Sloan's abusive boyfriend, and found Sloan to be nauseating, as well as the undercover cop Carter/Luke that ends up with Sloan. Them together makes my skin crawl.
