It's good. It's typical. The necromorph is gross and that's cool. It inspired me to rewatch the movie franchise, and I noticed all the similarities. 

I didnt understand about the egg, though. If it's not a queen, how can it lay eggs?

There are some HORRIFYING segments of this book, that will stick with you long after you put the book down.

Combining the Xenomorph with Necrosis was a match made in hell, I loved it.

Zula Hendricks is a great lead and I am glad she is getting more stories outside of the now regrettable comic series.
