Probably one of the most relatable books I've read
(maybe don't read it if you're feeling particularly anxious or depressed)

Kind of a romp, mostly twee. I appreciated the way Austin wrote the repeating/intrusive thoughts that come with anxiety. Would be perfect to read in a dentist’s office waiting room or on an airplane. Anywhere you have time to kill but don’t want to think too hard.

existential crisis in a book, but in the best way possible. it was a chaotic ride but captures just how complicated, hypocritical and insignificant humans are. also can't deny I really enjoyed being inside mc's head... bc same 😅

I flew through this book, it was darkly funny, and somehow also endearing. The title hooked me, and this is a book I will definitely be thinking about. It was strangely enjoyable.

**major trigger warnings for depression and anxiety so please look at them before reading. This is a book that you need to be in the right headspace for.
