What a cute book. Stories like this are fun for the kids because of all the animals they can point and call things what they are while you’re reading.

Both my little ones, a boy and a girl, love this book. It's beautifully illustrated, very funny and the words are simple enough for young children to point out say 'Good night'.

This was a huge hit with both of my kids when they were little. No doubt it helps that their uncle is a zookeeper!

Cute but dumb. And male security guards as fools is not a lesson I want taught. And what's with the old-fashioned awful jail style zoos. And not the kind of good night book I'd want to read. Art is okay but nothing special.
