I really liked this book and how well the girls are learning their magic. I found a lot of the characters to make frustrating decisions but also the romance has me kicking my feet and giggling. It’s a wild ride

Three books in, there’s nothing redeeming about this series. It’s stopped being entertaining at this point as well. Slog to get through, no character growth, unoriginal magic system. Probably determined that bully romances just aren’t for me. Won’t read the rest.

the writing hasn’t changed from the previous books imo but orion is really starting to grow on me. i still don’t think he’s good enough for darcy but i don’t know if i ever but i liked seeing darcy happy😭 also if geraldine has 0 fans i am dead!!

I really loved this one. This one circles around the Reckoning, and these trials are something that we learned about all the way back in book 1. The twins have been training to take these tests to figure out if they can continue with the training or get kicked out of school. It was a lot of fun, and there were a lot of WTH moments. Plus, in this one, we start to see how strong the twins are. I was obsessed!
