Good book, slightly slower pace than the previous one in the series but for understandable reasons regarding the plot

I don't know why, but I didn't enjoy this book as much as the first.
Im not sure why. There were a few good parts, but overall, I got tired of Gemma.
She's a bland character with no depth to her.

She's so bland, I can't even put a description on her.
Same thing with Alex. They're both so bland.

At least Harper has a little bit of depth to her and same with Daniel.
Barely though.

But, I'll still read the sequels. I suppose.

Much better than the second, but was fairly predictable and stringed out until a very good unexpected ending. It's a far more enjoyable book to read and is worth a try
