A really cute-sy read with a lil bit of spice here and there but like the whole plot is so much more than that. I loved how the main character was explaining her struggles and after reading the authors note it made sense why she did that. The book started by making me angry but it redeemed itself as it went. Will most likely re read it at some point .

I loved this book so much I couldn't put it down. I related to Anna so much. I loved Quan in the other books, so I was really excited for him to get the romance he deserves. Quan's sweet and loving side made my heart melt. The story was well-paced and kept me on my toes. It also captured family struggles really well. All three of Helen Hoang's books in the series feature main characters with autism and I love how she writes them all very differently. She represents autism in a realistic way which is really important. Her characters are vivid and full of depth. After loving The Kiss Quotient, The Bride Test, and now The Heart Principle so much, Helen Hoang has easily become one of my favorite authors.

I really loved Helen Hoang's first two books and this did not disappoint! I really liked how even though this was a romance, the romance wasn't always the main thing in the book and the conflicts mostly weren't really about petty romance stuff but more serious things. This book was so realistic and the emotions were so raw and real and it made sense when I read the author's note since a lot of the things in this book were based on Helen Hoang's life.

The whole relationship seemed rushed and the ending was terrible.
