This book was phenomenal. As I was reading, this book searched for every emotion in my heart. I was feeling everything you can name. You had seven husbands, which was an adventure big as it was, but this book gave it a little more than you expected. I hated the ending, not because it was bad or anything, I just hated it, because my heart was wrenched and torn apart. No words can describe how much i loved this book. Taylor Jenkins Reid, I love you.

At first, I thought I’d set my expectations too high and that maybe, just maybe, this book was overhyped. The interviewer’s point of view wasn’t all that interesting to me. But once Evelyn got talking, the story properly took off.

Somehow, as I continued reading at a racing pace, it didn’t seem ridiculous anymore to have had seven husbands in just one lifetime. Crazy, right? The author goes with such a wild premise and yet convinces the reader that, actually, considering the circumstances, it isn’t that far fetched at all.

I cried several times, especially when it came to THE wedding. Which one of them all? Read this book to find out. You’ll find yourself at the edge of your seat, forgetting it’s all fiction.

Insanely captivating from the moment I picked it up, filled with nuanced and complicated feelings. I was worried it would be over hyped when I first picked it up, and I am so glad to say I was utterly wrong.

I don't even know where to begin...

This is, and will probably forever be, my favorite book. The story, the mystery, the plot, the characters, everything in this book will make you want to flip the page. I never put the book down because I got bored, or tired, of it. If it was up to me, I'd have finished this book on day ONE. The characters are artistically drawn in words to let the reader see and hear everything. You will love and hate every character in this book, guaranteed, and there is no way around it. Will recommend this book to everyone I meet, no way around it. 🤷🏽‍♂️
