It was definitely enjoyable and a pretty easy listen (it took me a while simply because I don’t listen to audiobooks in my free time a lot). Typical romcom and a sweet ending, if kinda predictable.

While part of this story’s ending is something that can be guessed on approach, there is a twist element I didn’t see coming & I loved that. This story is original, but classically rom-com. I loved the characters. They felt realistic for people with somewhat flashy careers at times, relatable in their thinking & quite entertaining. The ups & downs were all perfectly timed for the momentum of the story. There was really nothing I disliked about it! It’s lighthearted but emotional and very funny. I highly recommend it!!

I can’t take any more times of an immature woman lying to the man she’s in love with who also loves. This book goes beyond the standard “holding back” and miscommunications of rom-coms and is just too annoying.

I really enjoyed this one! It’s part over the top, angsty rom com and part women’s fiction about friendship and growing up. This story was messy and had frustrating characters but I was still fully sucked into it. This story takes place in yearly snapshots over the course of 10 years, and I couldn’t wait to see what would happen each year. This book that that soulmate vibe and a satisfying ending that went a long way in helping me overlook all the aspects that should have bugged me about the romance. 🗣👤👯‍♀️📈☀️
