It makes you think, and it is nicely written. I do however do not know if or how I will ever be able to apply anything it says into the real world. Isn't that sad?

Audibook narrated by the author. Loved it. You should read it. I might read it again in physical form to take better notes.

A relaxing yet insightful audiobook that combines life philosophy with actionable tips.

It analyzes clichéd advice like "don't worry what others think of you" and "no one wished on their deathbed they had worked more". It describes why people succumb to those habits and gives concrete tips.

I felt optimistic listening to this book. I also already followed some tips such as creating a small daily todo list where I can definitely finish the whole list today.
