Okay, but not worth a re-read.

A rushed romance, but an okay quick read. I was more invested in Daisy and Mia's relationship than anything else.

This was decent but there were some things that irritated me. The whole mumbling to themselves thing was unnecessary. Sure, it was a quirk they had in common but I don't really think it did anything for the story. And also Mia bothered me sometimes. She was definitely spoiled and treated Dasiy really poorly.

Overall, though, I did enjoy the playful banter between Mia and Paul.

I don't think the synopsis posted for the book here is totally accurate, though.

I was promised a love story, god dammit!!!

I thought that the Romanian version was the problem and the translation killed the mood but as some other people complained about their version I have to admit that the original might be the problem.
The dialog is just awful, plain and simple. And the premise is just unreal from my point of view. I have nothing good to say about it and that's a shame because I liked Marc Levy's books from early 2000s.
The only reason I gave this 2 stars is the fact that it was an easy read and I didn't want to throw it out the window... but it was a close one.

Bon,

Pretty great, wouldn't say it was awesome or mindblowing, but you grow attached to the characters and it's well written. Still recommand.
I read it all in one shot and never felt bored.

Chick lit written by a man. This was an easy read with a slightly annoying plot. I’m sure many would find it perfectly acceptable but I’m ready for a read with a little more substance.

This book is an embarrassment to literature. The lack of research is insulting.
