Good not great. Fairly typical contemporary romance.

I really liked this book. The whole thing first felt like another epilogue for the Calhoun series, seeing how all the sisters had their own families. I loved Megan and Nate’s relationship and how Coco got her own happy ending. Aunt Colleen is who I want to be when I grow up.

2.5 stars, rounded down because of the secondary romance (she is far too good for that misogynistic, arrogant creep, imo). The first romance was okay, but I can't help but feel that in a effort to tie up this story to the original series, Ms Roberts tried too hard and tripped over the treads of her writing.

Megan O'Riley learned early that there are bastards in the world when Baxter Dumont seduced her when she was seventeen and then left her pregnant while he went on his honeymoon with another woman. Years later, her brother falls in love with the wife's (Suzanna) sister and Megan and her son, Kevin, are brought into the Calhoun orbit.
Since Megan and Suzanna are both classy ladies, they are thinking it would be a good idea for the half-siblings to grow up together. Also invited to the Calhoun family is Suzanna's husband's business partner, Nathan Fury. Nate had a hard time growing up so he understands that family can be made not just by blood but by love and Megan and Kevin might just complete his.
Not as in depth on the relationship building, this was an okay book but almost felt like an epilogue to the rest of the series.
