Not the book I hoped for, and I really did not appreciate the further stigmatization of medications that support mental health and neurodivergence.

Brought up interesting points that would have never occurred to me, but it didn’t keep me wanting to go back. Maybe because it was a bit clinical at times.

Such interesting concepts and a great new way to think about my consumption habits! It really has changed the way I think, building on Digital Minimalism and Ecological Consciousness.

Wish it were longer with more practical ideas on how to put the recommendations into practice.
