this got me out of a month long slump and itâs probably because of the tone of her writing
there was a lot to relate to and wasnt super gruelling to read
i definitely understand the grouping of prozac nation, girl interrupted and the bell jar
will i ever get tired of the depressed white girl genre who knows
i think at times i didnt really know what was happening but just went with it, reminding myself it was all nonfictionÂ
i think the biggest thing for me is seeing similarities in my world
i feel like more than half the people in our generation would doubly relate to this
i found the fact that the last pages suddenly were about nirvana kinda funny but it made sense
i live for pop culture references and music references so i really liked reading this
thats all
