I appreciate the breaks and thought spots that the authors add to the book. It really gives the reader the opportunity to sit with the book and really absorb the concepts. While I enjoyed the first two chapters the latter chapters really helped me think more broadly. While I understand why the authors would include their previous works in the resources sections at the end of the chapters, at times it felt like that was the only resources given even though I know there's others out there.

Idk how you're gonna have an entire chapter about bisexuality in ur book exploring the in-between of sexuality and STILL use terms and charts that are very strictly a gradient between "heterosexual" and "homosexual" like I get it but how are same-gender terms supposed to work when the assumed reader is or is putting themselves in the shoes of a nonbinary person? Despite posing questions that pique interest (like what about outside the binary of that supposed chart) it goes back to what feel like dated or generic terms and idk this book just wasn't it for me and it didn't give me confidence to keep reading
