Update (11/27/2018): So the other day, I saw my mom grab this book from the shelf and I literally ran across the room screaming "NOOOOO!" because there were so many other series I could recommend her aside from this one. I'll admit though, the lovely cover art is a great bait and looks fantastic on my shelf.
----------------------------------------------

“I’ve already died twice before,” he said, smiling down at her. “Somehow, I’m not worried.”

The first two books were absolutely ridiculous and this final installment was no different. Wes dies. Again. And comes back to life. Again. As usual, Nat’s power is limitless (when it comes to protecting Wes but not her other friends).

Also, the super annoying ice-themed curse words made me cringe every time.
Here’s a list of some of the annoying curses that were used:

“What the freeze…”(WTF?!)

“Godfreezeit… he was freezing dying… motherfreezer...”

(WTF IS A MOTHERFREEZER?)

“What the ice… holy freeze, you’re supposed to be dead.”
(and he should've stayed dead!)

“Oh, for freeze’s sake.”
🙄

“Ice you.”
(really?)

“To hell with that,” said Wes, “and you know what? To hell with you too. Ice it.”

(in my experience, to "ice it" means to put ice on a wound...)

Finally, the ending was unexpected but so cheesy.

Final verdict: Ice this book and this series! It was freezing terrible.

----------------------------------------------
Check out my reviews for the rest of the series:
Book 1: Frozen
Book 2: Stolen
Book 3: Golden

This book wasn’t a page turner like the previous 2. But it was still a good story and a nice ending. I found myself saying to myself “why did the character do that?” “That makes no sense” a few times, but altogether it was a great series. I loved all the fantasy elements and the love story was a little back and forth but good.

So I was planning on giving this book 4 stars but then the ending was rough lol. 3.5 is my rating. It all just felt very “and now everything is perfect k bye”

This book was short and sweet. It kept my attention the whole time and I’m glad to be over with the series. I wasn’t a fan of the first blue bloods by Melissa but decided to give this series a shot, I loved this series way more but the ending was disappointing.

I loved this book so much even if it had its moments when I just wanted it to end but things that were in the story made up for all that I still ended up loving it. I really loved the characters even more they just were so well written I still loved the romance even though it had its ups and downs but even after that I enjoyed the romance.
Spoiler with Nat trying to push Wes away to protect him because she thinks she will only hurt him
I loved the story it was well written even if there were a few things I did not like but those were developed where it was not bad and I stilled liked the story in the end. The plot moved along at a pretty good pace it had its ups and downs but it was still well written and I still ended up loving the story very much. So overall I loved the story even with its faults.

Well, believe it or not, this one was even worse for me than the first two... Didn't think it was possible. I cannot fully formulate my ideas on this book due to the huge amount of things I don't like. Besides, I will just get aggravated. To see my thoughts on the series so far, see the reviews I posted for the previous books (spoiler alert: I didn't like them).

I had the same issues with this book as I did with the others, as well as a few more things. First of all, this book has an overwhelming amount of typos. I understand seeing the occasional error in books, but this one seemed like no one even bothered editing it.

I'm tired of complaining and being negative about these books. I don't like them, they let me down, and I thought they'd improve, but they didn't. The end.

I would recommend this series to readers who like dystopian novels and if you enjoyed the Slated series by Teri Terry. Personally, I felt like the events in the book repeated itself a bit and didn't grab my attention as the finale of a series should. Unfortunately, this last book was published a year after Stolen so I would recommend reading Stolen again to pick up from where it left off. I would say this is an action-packed book, but I would of really liked to have seen a little bit less action to slow the pace of the plot down.

In general, I think that the best novel in the series was Frozen and I was a little disappointed with Golden, but overall it is an action-packed book and has a nice ending to the series which concludes it nicely.

*SIGHS*

I'm still angry for this whole book being published.

I can't take it. I can't unread it. And I don't want to read it again.

First of all, I just can't believe that the story went downhill as soon as I've read the first chapter of this book. The pacing started to run very slow (slower than Frozen) and I almost DNF'ed it. Halfway through the book the scenes grew less and less interesting. I put down this book for almost a month before I continued reading.

And hell with the ending. I just can't accept the ending. You can't just kill all the characters and then go back to the start as if nothing happened.

I need to forget I've read this book.

SERIOUSLY.
