3.5-4.0 stars.

As action packed and fun to read as the last two. I did feel like there could've been an...epilogue or something though. Goliath felt less like the end to the series and more like the beginning of another sequel.

A solid ending to The Leviathan Trilogy. Fun, YA WWI alt-history/steampunk. Dylan/Deryn and Alek are engaging characters. The dialogue is tremendous ("Barking Spiders!!!", need I say more?). and how can you beat Nikola Tesla...you can't.

Nice and fast paced story, the end was a bit more romantic than I woyld have liked but all in all it was a very enjoyable book.

I absolutely adore the art in this book. Very intricate and astoundingly good. I'm a big fan of stream punk novels and this one is one of my favourites. This book is creatively written. I was upset when it ended and that this is the last book in the series.

Barking good fun. It's nice to see a YA novel that lets characters make their own decisions. And that they have to deal with the situations those choices might lead to. Plus overarching themes, like the idea of "peace through power" and ability vs. capability (when thinking about women)... it's like a tiny Harry Potter. Nearly.

Also, I want a perspicacious loris. Like, real bad.

I had higher hopes for a greater emotional impact with the series conclusion.
