I enjoy how Limón weaves together the natural world and humanity/human relationships. This collection had a bird and water theme.

While I enjoyed the first half of this poetry collection the best and did find moments I adored, I’m not sure if this formatting was for me. I did appreciate the overarching themes of sea creatures and nature, but at times this felt repetitive and as though I lost the true meaning of a few poems.
