Love this book! Deepak Chopra has a wonderful way of explaining spirituality through science. i have read this book several times and always find something new and enlightening in it.

This book, like many "new age" books, law of attraction books, self-help books, or whatever name you want to use for them, did not add anything new to the book world. It did not even say things in a unique or different way. In fact, this book is written as if Chopra is trying to sound better than the reader. I have a degree in physics and years of reading these types of books, and even I could barely follow what he was saying - not because I didn't understand, but because it seemed he was trying to make it more difficult to understand. At least with "The Secret" a good attempt was made to make it understandable for everyone, even if nothing new was added to the field.
Not recommended for beginner or average readers in metaphysics, new age, or law of attraction.

I really loved this book, it opened my eyes to who I was inside. I never really saw myself as a beautiful person but as I read this book you can find beauty in yourself and in the people and life surrounding you. I learned that there is not only beauty in humans but also in nature. This book makes sense, it describes its main ideas almost perfectly! I would recommend for sure. The only bad thing about this book is that there is sooooo much information that I would break it up to read it through a couple weeks or even months because you want to make sure to get the information you need that Mr.Chopra wants you to get. I thoroughly enjoyed!

Absolutely beautiful!! I took lessons away from this book that I will hold with me forever. These chapters will be playing out in my spiritual life and I am so excited to continue my journey.
