It was a good quick read however very predictable. I did enjoy the storyline but I knew where the storyline was going. This would be good for people who really like a happy ending because that is exactly what you're going to get. Does have paranormal storyline to it. Great spicy scenes. A nice quick pallet cleanser for me

 Overall ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ [4/5]
Spicy!! 🌶️🌶️🌶️🌶️🌶️ [5/5]

📌 You’ll dig this if you like
» Dark, paranormal romance
» Possessive, morally grey MMC
» Lots of “good girl”
» Touch her and 💀
» It’s always been you

📌 This was my first dark romance, and it definitely has me intrigued. I was certain I knew what the outcome of the stalker would be, but I couldn’t stop reading because I needed to know how it would play out. I was hooked and invested by the end of their first night.

📌 I liked the paranormal aspect and the take on fated mates; I have a soft spot for ‘it’s always been you’ and the added ‘touch her and unalive’, possessive, morally grey, with a bit of dom thrown in made this a winner for me. Guess I’m into dark romance now! Can’t lie, I’ve already re-read it; thank you, novella!

Smutty, sure, but don’t let that façade fool you. Folks, I give you Jagger Knox:
“The smile that belongs to me is sexy, teasing… sometimes even dark. And then there are times where it’s sweet, so sweet I want to taste every part of her just to make her do it again. “She’s the glimmer of the moon on a cloudless night, pulling the tide toward the shore until it threatens to drown me.”

This was my first book by these 2 ladies and I absolutely loved it. From start to finish I was hooked. I went into this blind after reading the blurb that had me intrigued with what the book was about, so I jumped in and boy was I taken on a ride that I didn't want to get off of. I’m not going to give anything away just go in blind like I did and let these 2 ladies spin their story, and holy smokes the sexy scenes were fan flaming hot. I cannot wait to read more from these 2. Definitely a must read, but check the triggers as this book is dark.
