I began to enjoy the book until chapter 35?? that's when it began being a hit or miss. The story dragged on and was focused on details that weren't that important. I was annoyed. But I pushed on because I did enjoy the mystery of it all and I had questions. There were routes that the author took that were questionable at the end.
Like making Angel be the one to solve it all with a map falling onto her lap so to speak.
Ending felt rushed and strange. I was glad to had finish it to be honest.

Don't get me wrong, like I said I still enjoyed. I made the speed at 1.5? In order for it to be faster because the third narrator was a bit slow for me.

I think this book was very interesting until it wasn't. The writing and use of metaphors/analogies were done really well. I do think that if you want a book that keeps you on your toes and is interactive (in the sense that if you like to annotate and highlight while reading), then this book has a lot of foreshadowing that is sometimes really subtle, but just enough that once you get to a certain point in the book you have more than enough suspicions and answers to have a definitive opinion on who the killer is.
