This is really good. It took me a while to get into it, but once I did I liked it

Even though I really enjoyed Business or Pleasure, I was still hesitant to read this one based on a few reviews. Thankfully, I ended up really enjoying this one. Dominic and Shay are wonderful. The third act breakup wasn’t that bad. With some of the reviews I was afraid it wasn’t going to make sense for the story, but it totally does.

Side note: probably tmi, but I really love Rachel’s approach to her sex scenes. Just how open and free her characters are with each other and how much fun they have. Goals. 10/10. Love it so much.

I absolutely adored the ending of this book and I think the author really shone in the last 25%. It did make me cry which is always a win. I’d definitely reread this one.

4.5 stars!!!!!!

oh my god this book was so cuuuuuuute i can’t stop smiling. shay and dominic’s chemistry was off the mf charts. this novel had everything: fluff, angst, heat, etc.

the only reason im docking half a star is because i would have liked to see a bit more of the “enemies/rivals” vibe—i feel like the story moved on from that dynamic very quickly, despite the fact that it was marketed as an enemies-to-lovers book.

but aside from that little blip, i can honestly say that this is one of my new favourite rom coms ❤️ can’t wait to check out more of rachel lynn solomon’s work!

This book is nothing profound but it does what it’s supposed to do - makes you feel good and happy. Super entertaining and fun to read.
If my boyfriend criteria wasn’t already too much, it definitely will be, blame Dominic Yun.
