I picked this one up from the hotel's library. Thought it would be a good cabin-y read in the woods. It kind of was, given that it was my first Interactive book.
The plot could have been better. I would have loved the endings taking me back to my previous decision by mentioning the page numbers in reverse order too. But it was quick, fun read. The book has around 28 different endings and it was interesting to go through different ways the story could have ended.

I “read” this with my wife as an Alexa skill from Audible and it was a lot of fun, except when we had trouble picking one particular choice because the gadget couldn't understand us.

This book genuinely made me laugh, and it was great to read out loud with my sister. We let dice make the choices for us, and actually made it through unscathed. The characters make some dumb choices to get the adventure rolling, but I don’t mind one bit.

I read this as a palate cleanser between books because I knew I was going to read an intense thriller for my monthly book club. This was really neat and I highly recommend the timeless choose your own adventure books. The illustrations were well done and I had a fun time flipping through the pages. My copy had an ugly library sticker and age spots on the pages but it's to be expected from a Goodwill used copy. I'm not the biggest fan of yetis but it was a fun new creature to read. I hope I can find more of these books on my next thrift haul! Looks like Abbey Bominable from Monster High isn't the only yeti on my radar anymore!

Very little time with actual abominable snowmen in this book. And after making it to Shangri La, the book kicked me out, accusing me of needing to be content with limits! The End

I thought this was a quick easy read, but I didn't really like how there was a "correct" ending. When there was a choice that wasn't the best you basically die every single time. I just wish there was more of an ending when it came to these choices other than instant death.
