Does a superb job of explaining the method of mindfulness meditation, how and why it works, how to avoid a number of pitfalls, and how it all applies to anxiety, fear and panic. Mindfulness definitely is an excellent method to help manage anxiety et al.. The number of formal practices at the end of the book are all great and helpful, as is the list of resources. I give it four stars and not five because much of the book was quite repetitive, although I still highly recommend it and would give it to anyone interested in using mindfulness to manage anxiety et al.
