How ideas spread is ok, though it needs a little bit of updating.
Having studied psychology as well as read a bit on the topic, quite a few things were familiar to me (hence the 3 stars). If you know about studies on conformity and Solomon Ashe, six degrees of seperation, a bit on social media, etc, it might not offer that much.
Also, there's a part on Derek and Subway (dieting), which obviously needs an update now, as he's not exactly the best poster boy for them anymore.
If you're not familiar with the subject, I would consider this a 4-star. For me, it was a 3, but still good.
