"Mind Over Body" is an informative read that offers plenty to think about. The writing is accessible, making it easy to digest the concepts presented. However, a month later, I find myself struggling to recall much of what I learned. The ideas felt intuitive and familiar at the time, but their impact seems to have faded quickly. While it’s a worthwhile exploration of the mind-body connection, it may not leave a lasting impression.
