Did not finish book. Stopped at 13%.
Not for me. Pretty mental health 101 with a big focus, at least in the part I listened to, on CBT. I added this book to my tbr at the same time that I added a bunch of books on adult autism from a list. I think I assumed this also had to do with autism, but nope. Sure doesn't.
