This really is for a complete beginner to mediation, and if that's you it's probably a great first resource. However, if you've been meditating for even a little while it's probably going to feel pretty repetitive and dull. I'm by no means some meditation expert, but being again told the benefits to mediation or to sit upright on a cushion again isn't my idea of time well spent.
