So sad and disappointed to dnf a Martha wells book but this one didn’t work for me😭 tried reading until the 60% mark but I just.. don’t get it. Too many names and places and things being explained way later than they should (for me.)

Unfortunately this one didn’t work for me, I stopped reading at 80% because despite trying to power through it I didn’t care that much, because the character himself doesn’t seem to care what’s happening or what side he is on. I understand how people might like this one, it has some original elements but it wasn’t enough for me, I like to understand what’s going on
