An story with a lot of potential that kept falling short - a mix between hunger games and throne of glass - I found the plot interesting, romance cute and characters intriguing but I felt that there were too many contradictions in what the characters were being built up as and then what they actually choose to do. Contemplated DNFing a few times but was entertained enough. Might read the next one when it comes out.

Did not finish book. Stopped at 33%.
I found the main character to be too much of a “damsel”, being thrust through the plot as opposed to moving the plot forward.
