This is a riveting sci-fi adventure with lovable characters and an intriguing mystery. Despite its 400+ pages, the book is fast-paced, pulling you through the story at break-neck speed.

As a huge fan of sci-fi, this debut (debut, really?) from Peter Beard is a wild ride! 4.5 stars well earned!

Wow this story has so much potential. I would LOVE to see this as a fully fleshed out novel with more in-depth characters and world-building. As it stands, this felt like a very exciting preview to a much bigger story.
