Bad Therapy: Why the Kids Aren't Growing Up by Abigail Shrier

I do not like how the book started off. I think it got better as I made my way through it. To me, it seems less about actual therapy and more about parenting and being helicopter-everythings to children in schools and such. And then about unqualified people imposing not-therapy and calling it therapy.

This book reminds me of Albert Camus and also a bit of The Perks of Being a Wallflower.
