This was such a cute paranormal romance. I love the take on rogue and alpha. So glad I was able to read this book to get into the mood of the holiday season.

I had a really hard time following this. Maybe because I listened to it but it was hard to figure out how all the characters fit together and what was actually happening at what time. DNF’ed at 60%…. I really tried to keep going I was just toooo confused.

I absolutely love this book! I love how the author is able to describe all the emotions from the characters.

The emotions this book plays: the way West stands up to her is amazing. The quote “No. But I like you… I might like you more than you like yourself. Like you enough to tell it like it is.” West really shows her that believing and loving yourself is a huge role in life.

I love their relationship and how much they respect and love each other. I respect how Skylar interacts with his kids. It’s just amazing. I feel like she is healing my childhood issues one boom at a time. I’m just so in love with how Elsie Silvers depicted a healthy household.

Okay Santa’s can you please send me a cowboy like this??? This was hot… the banter and sass of the MFC was amazing. I loved that she’s a strong independent single mother who just wants someone who can handle her life. I love that she’s isn’t going to settle for less and won’t let anyone treat her like crap. Then go get into the book and it’s spicy 🌶️… I’d say a 3/4 for the length not the book and the amount of spice in it.

I liked the tropes of the book… I came into the book excited to read it and see where it went. There’s age gap, ex-boyfriends father, workplace romance, some dom sub/bratty play and I was excited. I just felt like it dragged in the end. I liked the ending of the whole book it just was a solid 3 for me. Nothing extraordinary but a decent book.

This book is great! I really enjoyed this read. Love all the fun characters and the plot the author created to bring this story back. I feel like I would’ve rated it higher, however I’ve had a migraine for the past few days and feel like I lost some of the pieces of the book but over all such a good read! Love these characters!!!!!

This holiday book is just the cutest! I love the a good fake dating trope and this is just done so well.  Add in a little he was her protector growing up and that he still had feelings and it just brought this book to life. I absolutely love Cassie Bowen’s writing style. It’s so easy to read and just sucks you right in!
