dark, twisted and psychopathic!!

There’s really no other words to describe this to be honest, but you know what? I finished it anyways, and maybe that says more about me than it does about the book….

Short and SPICY!!!!!

If you want a quick spicy smut read with very little plot and an intro to the real story and plot to unfold, this is your book!

I’d also dare say it would be a great spooky season read as well because what’s Spooky season if not getting railed on the altar of a Mausoleum?? 😉

Great job to the author on this one!! First time reading one of their books and I thoroughlyLOVED IT!!!!

Loved It!!!!!

I loved this introduction to the series!

Ari made cringe a few times and Meredith pissed me off and made me roll my eyes but it was still a very good story.

There was y a healthy balance of plot, angst, emotions and spice that made me just appreciate how a lot of parts of this correlates easily to real life…

Honestly cannot wait to start book 2!!!!!

This book takes place after Father Bell and Poppy gets married and plunges headfirst into the real world and life outside of the church.

It focuses on a lot of real life situations that couples face as individuals and in unison.

We see them battle grief and loss as well as the rollercoaster of emotions with separate dedications in their individual paths in life and how it affects their marriage.

All in all though, I loved everything about this book! And it’s definitely worth the read!!!

This book was unorthodox, insightful and soul deep!

As someone who went to an all girls catholic school, I appreciate so many elements of this book and how they played on the nostalgia of my high school days. Of course, I never thought of the residing Priest in this way at Friday mass but he didn’t look anything like Father Bell either! lol

It was absolutely refreshing to read such a filthy piece of emotional literature clinging closely to the aspects of religion without disintegrating the holiness that abides within them. I appreciate the author holding on to the authenticity of the catholic religion in its entirety.

My only take away is that I should’ve listened to the audiobook while I read this because that would’ve probably made the experience DIABOLICAL!!!! 😭❤️

And exceptional well done job tot he author!! 😮‍💨🤌🏽

Interesting…. That’s the best word I could come up with…

Heavy on the spice, plot was interesting but cringey with the virgin high schooler FMC and all that….

Had high expectations and it was underwhelming in comparison but still a good enough read.

I feel like I need to bleach my brain and soul after reading this!!!

Things I hated about reading this: (a) ALMOST EVERYTHING except the sex

The more I read, the further downhill it went and I can't decide if it's me or the authors who need therapy in this situation...

Cute and funny

The overall plot was cute and funny and easy to read and I quite enjoyed it. Really liked the overall plot line and would easily read the remaining books as a sort of pallet cleanser between my heavier and darker romances.

My only issue was right around the final couple of chapters it kind of fell off and felt rushed and a bit confusing but was caught back on track by the final chapter though.

Theo made me finish this book, no one else! Lol 😂
